Incoming college freshmen, sophomores, and high school seniors are invited to take part in a day dedicated to volunteering with NYC parks and public spaces to clean up and beautify parks in the Manhattan area.

The Power of Youth Challenge is a youth-designed grant program, offered by America’s Promise Alliance, that provides funding for youth-led service projects across the U.S. Now in its 4th year, the Power of Youth Challenge provides young people ages 13-19 with a leadership development and service opportunity to identify and address a need in their community and beyond.
