Join the Collective
Find your community. Earn your degree. Change the game.

Whether you're an emerging adult looking for community, or a professional ready to mentor, there’s a role for you here.
Our community operates through local Crews and Hubs, supported by trained Guides and institutional partners.
There are three primary ways to get involved.
The Three Pathways
Join as a Member
For emerging adults (18–29) who are enrolled in college or completed a degree.
Become part of a Crew. Participate in quests, projects, travel, and long-term leadership development. Move through stages at your own pace and work toward meaningful awards.
College students aged 16–17 may join. High school students who have not yet graduated are not eligible. Adults 30+ may join if enrolled in their first undergraduate degree (up to two years post-graduation).
