College is a game-changer.
So are we.

Creating community, equity, and leaders of character since 2016

BECAUSE THE CARE OF THE FUTURE OF GAMES IS ALL OF OURS

Student-Led.

Staff-Supported.

The EGD Collective is a grassroots movement across North America with a mission to help every student finish their education and find their place within gaming.

We are a one-of-a-kind leadership development experience that not only prevents students from dropping out or getting academically dismissed, but prepares and propels students into STEM and arts careers within the games industry - or wherever else they want to go.

“It really allowed me to continue my creative works... I'm pretty sure being a part of the Game Studio Program helped me get my internship at Kickstarter.”

Student & Alumni Stories

Our students have landed jobs at some of the biggest companies in gaming, including Riot, Niantic, and Activision Blizzard. Others pursue alternative careers within the technology and arts fields, or something entirely different. Regardless of their paths, the members of the EGD Collective are united by a passion for games and a desire to create a better world. We currently serve over 2500 students a year, and each of them has a unique story to tell.
