Many employees commented that the pay is exceptional, the company allows flexible schedules (especially during the pandemic), and that the benefits are great. Reviews especially mentioned the people-centric atmosphere of the company, claiming the work environment to be incredible. Multiple reviews said that working on a game team is the most desirable position in the company, and that working for their publishing department would not be as enjoyable. Collaborate with other developers to sketch and create new character/creature concepts.
Develop detailed concept art and orthographs for 3D artists and animators.
Bring their understanding of human and animal anatomy and experience to stretch the limits while still maintaining a consistent art direction.
