Values:

  • Excellence

  • Respect

Employee Feedback:

  • Rated 3.5/5 on Glassdoor and 3.7/5 on Indeed

Employee testimonials on Glassdoor and Indeed seemed for the most part positive, but mentioned some common drawbacks. Employees praised the company for paying for their tuition, having decent benefits, and exceptional salaries. The work culture was described as one that promotes personal and professional development, but for many departments, also one that will require sacrifices. In some instances, employees in multiple departments criticized the company for changing the work schedule with less than a day's notice or needing a lot of overtime. The company offers a 9/80 schedule which can afford workers three-day weekends every other week. The last grievance was the issues of layoffs in certain departments, but this was not reflected in the majority of reviews. Overall, L3Harris Technologies is an extensive company dedicated to its mission, fostering a good work environment for its employees. One’s individual experience will vary depending on the requirements of their position and the location in which they work for the company.
